Admission Requirements
Our Jacksonville Carmel is open to women who are well-grounded in the Catholic faith, who have been living as fervent practicing Catholics in the world and who now desire to give all to Jesus, who gave Himself completely for us. They should also be:
- Between 18-35 years of age
- Of sound mental and physical health
- High school graduates
- Free of financial debt
- Without dependents
- Mature, balanced persons of good judgement and common sense, with a good sense of humor and a joyful disposition
- Eager to commit themselves to Our Lord and His Church for the salvation of souls
- Able to live in Community with a spirit of docility and childlike openness with superiors
